Our minimum rental period is 4 weeks. We require our drivers give us 1 weeks notice before they return their vehicle. This notice can be given any time after 4 weeks of rent; simply contact the office via mobile or email.
Yes. All vehicles are subject to a £300 refundable deposit unless stated otherwise. In order to make this sum easier to pay, we allow our drivers to pay half of this upfront, and the other half can be split over a period of 4 weeks.

As a driver, you are responsible for any PCN or traffic contravention that occurs whilst you are in possession of the vehicle. All PCNs we receive are sent back to the issuer along with the details of the vehicle’s hirer. The issuer will then transfer the liability of the PCN over to the hirer, rewriting the PCN and sending a new copy to the hirer’s home address. We charge a £24 admin fee for this process. Once the PCN is in your name, you are able to challenge it. If the issuer accepts your challenge and cancels the PCN, take a picture of the cancellation letter and share it with us and we’ll refund the £24 admin fee.
There is no scenario where we allow our vehicles to be taken abroad. You must not take our vehicle abroad under any circumstances.
After returning the vehicle, provided there is no outstanding debt on your account or damage to the vehicle, your deposit will be refunded after 10 working days. This is to ensure there are no outstanding PCNs attributed to you.
Yes. You can cover a maximum of 5000 miles per month with us. However if you use less than this in a week, this can be carried over to the next.

You are liable for the condition of the vehicle whilst it is under your hire.
In the event that your vehicle requires repairs, a replacement vehicle is strictly subject to availability. If you are required to leave your vehicle at one of our garages, we have 24 hours to resolve any issue before credit is applied to your account.
Yes. Additional mileage can be purchased at 0.25p per mile if purchased in advance. If you return your vehicle over your mileage allowance, you will be charged 0.25p per mile. Extra mileage purchased in advance is non-refundable.
